RENTAL RATES: Apartments filling up in Des Moines area
The cost of rent is going up in the metro. A new survey by Commercial Appraisers of Iowa, Inc. shows rent in the Des Moines area is climbing as more apartments are filling up.The number of vacant apartments has dropped to 5.5% percent this year.
