O'Fallon's crime-free rental ordinance nets 5 evictions

He gave the following details of the evictions:• eviction on North Cherry St. was the result of a number of police calls (25 calls in five months) to a residence for fights, public intoxication, noise and blocking traffic.• eviction on Joy Dr. for numerous domestic fights involving heavily intoxicated residents.• eviction on 1700 block of West Hwy. 50 for illegal drug use at the residence, including two heroine overdose calls in six months, as well as numerous domestic violence
